Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase，we accept returns for new and unworn items within 30 days of your delivery date(excluding Final Sale).
Please note that all items purchased at 50% off are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Returned items are to be in mint condition, in original packaging, and sent with tracking from a carrier of your choice within 30 days from your item’s delivery date (U.S based orders only).

If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact customer services chilltalentshop@gmail.com as soon as possible, who will be able to assist you.

Returns need to be new, unused, in a saleable condition in their original packaging, and with all the labels, tags, any box or seals intact.

Please note, we are typically unable to provide any reimbursement for returns unless the fault is ours. All of our jewelry is crafted with high-quality materials and is made to last. We are happy to help you.

To return an item, you can send back the item at your own cost using a postal service of your choice. Please confirm the return address with chilltalentshop@gmail.com before mailing out the parcel. We recommend using a service that can provide a ‘Certificate of Posting’, as until the parcel reaches us it is your responsibility.

If goods arrive in our warehouse and clearance costs or import taxes are charged due to incorrect customs declaration, all expenses incurred due to customs complications will be deducted from your refund.

After we received your return in a good condition, we will aim to refund you within 48 hours. Sometimes it may take a couple of days longer until it's shown on your statement. After we received your return, you will be able to print your order in your account, proving it was returned and refunded in case you need to get the import tax refunded from your customs agency in your home country.

Exchange

We do not currently offer exchanges. Once your return parcel is delivered. Refund will be issued to the card used to place the order.
